Prohibited Use of Contact Form

Fees for our services will be specified in your engagement letter. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that are significantly past due. Additional fees may apply for services outside the original scope of work.

Professional Standards Disclaimer

Our services are provided in accordance with professional accounting standards and best practices. However, we do not provide legal advice, tax advice (unless specifically engaged for tax services), or investment advice. We recommend that you consult with qualified attorneys, tax professionals, or financial advisors for matters outside the scope of our engagement. Our services do not include an audit or review of your financial statements unless specifically stated in the engagement letter.

Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional ethics standards. Information will only be disclosed as required by law, with your written consent, or as necessary to provide our services. Client information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or other purposes unrelated to our professional services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EBCFO Services, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Work product created specifically for your engagement becomes your property upon full payment. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during engagements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EBCFO Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or this agreement. Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement letter. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred for services rendered prior to termination. We will provide reasonable cooperation in transitioning services to another provider.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which EBCFO Services, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration as agreed by the parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
